Emma Whitehouse - Founder, Parent, mBIT Coach & Mediator

I am the founder of Bright Path and a certified mBIT coach, supporting individuals, parents and leaders to create meaningful, lasting change. With a background in mediation and early intervention, my work centres on building strong relationships, reducing conflict, and keeping children connected to education. Alongside one-to-one coaching, I deliver training and workshops for school leaders and organisations, using the mBIT (multiple brain integration techniques) approach to support clearer thinking, emotional regulation, and values-led leadership. I weave this approach through all areas of my work, from parent advocacy to school-based support, helping people move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and connection. My work is rooted in both lived experience and professional practice, with a strong belief that when we understand behaviour, we can change outcomes.
