Written by Emma Whitehouse after her son Charlie moved through school for years with undiagnosed ADHD, where moments of dysregulation were often misunderstood and met with constant punishments.

This book was created to give children the language to express how that feels, and to help adults see behaviour through a more compassionate, relational lens.
